Dan Ralph is a high-energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven executive, Dan Ralph approaches each new business challenge with his intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem-solving and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvements. Service is never sacrificed to achieve these goals and Dan always provides superior service to the client together with the highest level of reliability. Dan is an executive manager who empowers others to succeed. He hires talented and capable people, places them in a positive environment and motivates and encourages them to excel. He is unquestionably a “people person” who attempts to form a strong bond and relationship with every person he encounters. Dan started his telecommunications career with a Tier-1 Wireless Carrier in 1993. Dan’s skill at resource management was quickly recognized and he was tasked with replacing problematic systems. His creativity, drive and team approach earned him the respect of top management. Through hard work, dedication and innovative thinking he advanced from a Field Technician to Operations Manager in just 3 years. Realizing he had much more to offer and wanting to expand his personal horizons, Dan started his own telecommunications service company, Technical Solutions, in 1998. Technical Solutions services the telecommunication industry with a wide variety of services. From its humble beginnings in 1998 it has grown to a $10 million dollar company servicing multiple clients across the country. He has attained the respect of customers, affiliates and vendors alike.
Dan has launched several other successful, diverse companies recently and still brings his unique approach to the table to help them on a regular basis. Utilizing new business development approaches and guided by Dan’s creative abilities, Technical Solutions is poised to continue to mature and grow in size, variety of service, client-base and revenue. To this end, Dan continues to recruit the talent needed to sustain Technical Solution’s focus on high-quality service to clients in an ever-broadening marketplace.

Al Resler, Chief Financial Officer
Al Resler is Technical Solution's Chief Financial Officer. Al has more than 30 years of experience in senior management roles for high growth, entrepreneurial companies. Prior to his role at Technical Solutions, Al was the CFO and CCO for Rogerscasey, Inc., a global provider of investment solutions. He began his career at Arthur Andersen where he earned his CPA designation. He then became the senior financial officer at MultiMate International Corporation, which developed and sold the world's leading word processing program for the personal computer market until its sale in 1985. Al then joined Rogers, Casey and Associates, Inc. as its CFO, an industry leader in the investment consulting industry. Subsequent to the Rogers, Casey & Associates sale, Al served as the senior financial officer for Shuttle America Corporation, a regional commercial airline serving markets in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic States. Al was educated at the University of Connecticut where he received his B.S. Cum Laude in Business Administration.

Michael Jaffe, Chief Operating Officer
Michael Jaffee is Technical Solution’s Chief Operating Officer. Mike has 35 years of experience in the corporate world as senior management. Mike was the General Manager of a major transportation company in the New York City area, Elite Limousine Plus Inc. During his 23 year tenure, he helped to develop many industry innovations in computerized dispatching procedures, data entry/customer billing and wireless communications. At the peak of business, Mike had 230 employees and 850 drivers under his direction. Troubleshooting problem areas for the customers and his drivers was a big part of Mike’s responsibilities. Mike also handled all financial aspects of the company including payroll, banking, receivables, payables and equity procurement. Prior to joining Elite, Mike was the President of Empire State Two Way, a transportation company that Mike established in 1986. Empire State Two Way was purchased by Elite Limousine in 1988. Mike was educated at Marist College where he majored in Accounting and Business Administration. |

Dominick Terrone, Chief Business Development Officer
Dominick Terrone is the Chief Business Development Officer at Technical Solutions. Mr. Terrone is instrumental in identifying business opportunities and managing key client relationships in the Commercial, Government and Enterprise business sectors. His analytical and financial skills and his personal attributes are focused on improving Technical Solutions market position and achieving financial growth.
He founded a crisis management company Resource Associates, which has successfully assisted a host of companies such as the Paralyzed Veterans Association (PVA) in New Hampshire and many smaller companies.
Mr. Terrone held the title of Vice President of Global Research at Deutsche Bank Securities. He had oversight of the equity and economic research products. Working closely with economists and analysts in New York, London, Frankfurt and Singapore he provided them with the necessary tools to produce timely research products. He was part of a management effort to restructure the equities research product with the Bank’s acquisition of Morgan Grenfell. Mr. Terrone has held positions with Computer Transceiver Systems where he was Vice President of Operations for Kimball Systems Inc. (a division of Litton Industries). Prior to this, he held the position of Associate Engineer at Western Electric Company, where he designed microwave stations in collaboration with Bell Laboratories.
Mr. Terrone holds a Bachelor degree of science from Brooklyn College and various computer diplomas from Long Island University. |

Keith Conner is the Chief Technology Officer
Keith Conner is the Chief Technology Officer at Technical Solutions. Keith holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with honors from Mississippi State University. Keith currently provides technical, architectural, and software development leadership at Technical Solutions. Keith also supports business development and government relation efforts. Keith holds an active Top Secret clearance with the US DoD. Prior to working at Technical Solutions, Keith worked at BAE Systems identifying business opportunities for the Communications and Networking Solutions business area, and he served as a principle investigator and lead architect for both internal research and development programs and external contracts with the DoD. Prior to BAE Systems, Keith worked for the Wireless Advanced Technology and the Open Innovations Laboratories of Lucent Technologies Bell Labs Innovations. While at Lucent, Keith's work included algorithm research, network optimization, protocol enhancements, product development, customer engagement, and standards activities for various second, third, and fourth-generation cellular technologies. Keith holds a number of patents in commercial and military wireless communications and networking. |
